Position Summary

At 6sense, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Head of Sales for our Eastern region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments. You will lead a team of Directors, Managers, and Account Executives, ensuring consistent target achievement, market expansion, and customer relationship deepening.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales strategy to drive predictable, scalable growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Directors, Managers, and Account Executives
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless execution
• Expand into new markets and deepen relationships across diverse customer bases
• Ensure end-to-end success in achieving sales targets and objectives
