What This Role Involves

In this position, you will assist in pharmacy operations such as receiving, packaging, and retaining clinical samples. This role requires a full-time commitment with standard weekday hours from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Additionally, you must be available for rotating weekend on-call shifts and occasional early morning or weekend work.

What You'll Do

• Handle the receipt, packaging, and retention of clinical samples in a pharmacy setting.
• Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and controlled substance laws.
• Work within a flexible schedule that includes rotating weekends and occasional early morning hours.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and record-keeping tasks.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED is required. Post-secondary education in life sciences or medical training is preferred.
• Prior hospital/compounding experience is a must.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a flexible work schedule.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and controlled substances laws is beneficial.
