About This Position
CGS Federal is seeking a Fact Witness Coordinator to support the legal mission of a large federal agency in Charlotte, North Carolina. The position involves coordinating witnesses for trials and other proceedings in Federal Court.
Key Responsibilities

- Directly assist USAO Victim-Witness personnel, AUSAs, legal assistants, administrative staff, and other USAO personnel.

- Handle direct communication with witnesses to ensure their appearance for court, pre-trial conferences, and grand jury appearances.
- Receive visitors and field phone calls from fact witnesses seeking information about court-related matters and expense reimbursements.
- Gather necessary files and documents to arrange witness travel and reimbursement.
