About This Position
We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our People, Safety & Culture team based at our Swanson Support Office. As an integral part of the team, you will contribute to the growth of your HR career within a nationwide business that values people, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Support the Director of People, Safety & Culture in various HR initiatives and projects.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct onboarding processes for new hires and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
