The Group Coordinator role is a full-time permanent position based in Wellington. As the Group Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director(s), their Managers, and broader teams. Responsibilities include proactive diary and travel coordination, efficient office management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth project management and communication
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required by the team
