What This Role Involves

The Group Coordinator role is a full-time permanent position based in Wellington. As the Group Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director(s), their Managers, and broader teams. Responsibilities include proactive diary and travel coordination, efficient office management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Core Duties

• Proactively manage calendars and coordinate meetings for Directors and managers
• Organize travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
• Support the Director(s) in managing their workload and priorities effectively
• Ensure efficient office operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth project management and communication
• Assist with any other administrative tasks as required by the team

Qualifications

• Extensive organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a collaborative, values-driven team setting is desirable
