Role Overview

Copower, a division of Better Talent based in Australia (nationwide) (nationwide), is seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the smooth operation and management of various power generation projects across North and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.
• Support project managers in tracking project progress and identifying potential issues or risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the energy or construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality.
