Workshop Administrator – Rotorua

Position Summary

We are recruiting for a Workshop Administrator to join Ritchies at our Rotorua Depot on a permanent basis, working 30 hours per week. Reporting into the Workshop Manager, you will oversee and undertake the day-to-day operation of workshop administration tasks, with VMS being the primary system for workshop & maintenance operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMS for workshop and maintenance operations.
• Oversee daily administrative tasks within the workshop.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Support the Workshop Manager in maintaining efficient operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a workshop environment.
• Familiarity with VMS or similar maintenance management systems.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
