Role Overview

As the Senior Manager, Process Operations – Product Creation & Advanced Concepts at Arcteryx, you will drive operational excellence across our product creation supply chain functions and integrate strategic innovation into the broader business ecosystem. You are responsible for seasonal delivery, process optimization through cross-functional alignment, enabling seamless I2C (Innovation to Commercialization) integration, and early-stage AC innovation into mainline processes and operating models. Your role involves connecting internal teams in product development, materials, and sourcing to achieve strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.

You will partner closely with the Innovation Incubation squad to accelerate validated concepts through pilot, commercialization, and scale. This full-time position is based at our North Vancouver office, though hybrid remote work may be considered. Candidates must have eligibility to work in Canada.

Your Responsibilities
