About the Role

The Head of Logistics Projects & Sales at AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is responsible for driving business opportunities across Southeast Asia in sectors such as construction, data centres, heavy cargo, and machinery. This role involves leading projects from concept to client handover, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans for project management and sales initiatives in the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and financial performance to senior management.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management with at least 5 years of experience in project management. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. Knowledge of construction, data centre, heavy cargo, and machinery industries is highly desirable.
