The Opportunity

SM2 Consulting is seeking an experienced Head of Operations – APAC to lead operations across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, quality, and customer service standards are met across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and distribution.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on operational goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and optimization of operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries.
