About This Position

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Head of Banking at Faculty. As an integral member of our Professional and Financial Services Business unit, you will drive the strategic direction and implementation of AI solutions across retail, commercial, and corporate banking. You will lead a team dedicated to transforming customer experiences, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening risk management through innovative AI technologies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating AI into the core operations of our banking clients.
• Leverage Faculty's expertise in responsible AI to drive meaningful innovation within highly regulated environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions, addressing challenges such as productivity improvements and customer journey modernization.
• Strengthen risk management frameworks through the application of advanced AI techniques.
• Oversee the transition of AI pilots into enterprise-wide advantages, ensuring sustainable and impactful outcomes for our clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading banking operations or a related field with a focus on AI integration.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and transformation within financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements.
• Experienced in developing and implementing strategic plans for technology-driven initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
