The Opportunity
Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director to lead our TradFi and Banking initiatives. As part of our leadership team, you will drive revenue growth for the TradFi and Banking verticals by building strong relationships with key clients and driving sales performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for TradFi and Banking clients.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, establishing Fireblocks as a trusted partner in the digital asset space.
- Leverage industry knowledge to provide strategic insights and solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives at financial institutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client needs.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for financial technology products.
- Strong understanding of TradFi, Banking, and digital asset markets.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
