Head of marketing at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their content and marketing operations. In this role, you will:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations, evaluate team performance regularly, and recruit and onboard new team members.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and website initiatives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
