Head of Email Marketing at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization based in London. In this Head of Email Marketing role, you will own the email marketing function and drive revenue through strategic campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, including database segmentation and CRM optimization
• Copywriting and collaborating with designers to create compelling email campaigns that drive event registrations and engagement
• Acquiring and activating leads through targeted email outreach
• Coordinating with content and sales teams to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences
• Analyzing campaign performance data and continuously improving strategies based on results
• Managing the marketing inbox to convert inquiries into ticket sales and registrations

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a results-driven marketing professional with exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• Proven experience in email marketing, CRM management, and campaign optimization
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• UK work authorization (required)

This is an in-office position in London (near Victoria Station), Monday through Friday, with no remote work option.
