About the Role

As a Community Assistant in our student housing community, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and a key member of the property team. This part-time position focuses on building strong resident relationships, managing community spaces, and supporting the daily operations that keep our community thriving.

What You'll Do

• Greet residents and visitors with professionalism and warmth, answering questions and providing building information
• Respond to resident service requests and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly
• Assist with lease questions, resident onboarding, and move-in support
• Monitor and maintain common areas, including lounges, fitness facilities, and outdoor spaces
• Help coordinate community events and social activities to foster resident engagement
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and maintenance requests
• Support lease compliance and communicate property policies to residents
• Assist with building tours and leasing-related administrative tasks
