About This Position
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Horizon by SkyCity in Auckland. As part of the SkyCity Hotels Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Greets and assists guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handles inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Assists with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Provides information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Keeps the reception area clean and well-stocked with supplies
- Participates in team meetings and training sessions as required
