Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Applications and Systems Engineer to join the ICT Team at SkyCity Adelaide. In this role, you’ll join a high performing technical team supporting a mix of proprietary and third party hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of changes across production environments
- Providing end-to-end support for a wide range of business applications
- Maintaining and enhancing the performance of existing systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identifying and implementing improvements in system efficiency and reliability
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Applications and Systems Engineer or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in managing production environments
- A strong understanding of proprietary and third party hardware and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within the team
- Proficient in relevant programming languages and tools used in the ICT industry
