SkyCity is recruiting for a Waiter - The Look Out (Casual) based in Auckland, North Island. This full-time hospitality role lets you deliver attentive front-of-house service to guests visiting the venue.

The Opportunity

As Waiter - The Look Out (Casual) at SkyCity you will form part of a busy service team focused on creating memorable dining experiences for visitors in Auckland, North Island. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving diners, present menus and guide them through available options with confidence and warmth
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar colleagues
• Serve dishes and drinks in line with presentation and temperature standards while keeping tables tidy throughout the meal
• Monitor guest needs, refill glasses and clear used items at appropriate moments
• Process payments correctly, handle queries courteously and farewell guests after ensuring overall satisfaction
• Maintain personal presentation, station cleanliness and open communication with the wider service team

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated ability or proven track record delivering table service in a busy restaurant or similar setting
• Clear communication skills and a natural ease engaging with people from varied backgrounds
• Reliability under pressure, good memory for detail and the physical stamina required for long standing shifts
• A positive, collaborative attitude that supports smooth teamwork during peak service periods
• Willingness to uphold SkyCity service standards and adapt quickly to venue-specific procedures at The Look Out
