Guest Services Leader

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Guest Services Leader to oversee daily guest-facing operations and team leadership at our Whitecourt travel center. In this full-time role, you'll create a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued while managing a customer service team to consistently exceed service standards. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction and operational success at this busy location.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop guest services team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Oversee daily guest services operations, including guest relations and problem resolution
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence throughout the facility
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet and exceed service metrics
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with management to implement guest services initiatives and improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service leadership or guest services management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead and motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
