GTM Enablement Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tech scale-up in Munich that is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to bridge the critical gap between product development and commercial success. In this role, you will:

• Own the interface between commercial teams and product – from structured needs analysis within sales through to prioritized handoff to product management and feedback loops back to the field
• Ensure customer and market feedback flows directly into the product roadmap through data-driven business cases rather than intuition
• Translate new features and release notes into clear, sales-ready value propositions that resonate with customers rather than technical spec sheets
• Develop playbooks and pitch materials in collaboration with account management and business development, ensuring new capabilities are successfully sold across existing and new verticals
• Structure alignment across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams, driving decisions forward and reporting directly to the Head of Business Development

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience at the intersection of product and commercial functions (e.g., Product Marketing Manager, Business Analyst in SaaS, Tech Consultant, or Business Development Manager with strong product focus) – ideally within a B2B scale-up or startup environment
• Commercial mindset: you think in terms of revenue and impact, and you consider a feature successful only when it sells; you excel at translating complex product capabilities into genuine customer value
• Structured working style with the ability to prioritize relentlessly, work hypothesis-driven, and build scalable processes for future growth
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate confidently with product managers, sales teams, and commercial leads – moderating, escalating, and fostering alignment across teams
• C2-level German proficiency and business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Authorization to work in Germany
