GTM Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI technology client expanding their EMEA commercial operations. They're building a founding GTM team in London and need a GTM Associate to provide critical leverage on strategic accounts. This is a rare opportunity to help establish regional operations from the ground up with a well-funded organization serving enterprise customers globally.

Responsibilities

• Support the founding EMEA GTM team on high-priority enterprise accounts
• Develop account plans, deal strategies, and executive-level narratives for target opportunities
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets including custom demonstrations, presentation materials, and case studies
• Build competitive intelligence resources and vertical-specific playbooks for the EMEA market
• Ensure technical demonstrations are polished and optimized for sales engagement
• Prepare materials for deal reviews and executive stakeholder meetings
• Help establish GTM processes, frameworks, and playbooks as a founding regional team member
• Align with product marketing on positioning and messaging for the European market

What We're Looking For

• Ambitious early-career professional with demonstrated high growth trajectory

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Willing to be hands-on across multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation design and narrative development abilities
• Based in London with ability to work in office five days per week
• Eager to build regional operations from scratch as a founding team member
