About the Role

As a Private Equity Intelligence Analyst at Gain.pro, you will dig into companies and sectors that matter to top European private equity investors. This part-time internship pairs investment-grade research with proprietary technology, giving you a front-row seat to how high-conviction deals get sourced, evaluated, and executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Profile and assess companies by gathering and structuring their financials, then building clear overviews of their business model, market position, ownership, and M&A history.
• Develop connected perspectives on platform and add-on opportunities for prominent private equity clients across Europe, with our tools sharpening and enriching your analysis.
• Contribute to weekly research efforts and deepen your knowledge of the specialised, niche sectors we cover.
• Help drive supporting research projects, such as compiling target long lists.

Qualifications

• Studies: You are a Master's or final-year Bachelor's student with consistently strong academic results from a top university in economics, business, finance, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• Experience: Prior internship exposure in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting is highly valued.
• Passion for investing: You are genuinely drawn to finance and value rigorous, world-class investment research and deep analysis.
• Languages: Fluent English plus one Nordic language, with a working grasp of Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
• Availability: At least 50 working days part-time, or a 3–6 month full-time internship.
