Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consulting organization in Berlin seeking a Growth Intern to work directly with the founding and growth teams. In this role, you will:
- Develop and independently implement ideas for new customer acquisition channels
- Design growth experiments, define hypotheses and KPIs, and analyze results
- Support the development and execution of campaigns, content formats, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Work with relevant KPIs and translate data into concrete action recommendations
- Take ownership from initial concept through execution, ensuring initiatives are successfully implemented
- Gain direct insight into strategic decisions and work on projects critical to organizational growth
What We're Looking For
- Current or completed studies in business, economics, marketing, entrepreneurship, natural sciences, or social sciences
- Practical experience through internships, working student positions, personal projects, startups, or student engagement is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand data, recognize patterns, and derive concrete actions
- Self-starter mentality who proactively tests ideas and drives them to completion
- Interest in startups, growth, marketing, and entrepreneurship
- High quality standards, personal accountability, and excellent communication abilities
- Structured, fast-paced, and solution-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
