Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in the outdoor industry seeking an E-Mail Marketing specialist for a remote mini-job position (7.5 hours per week). You will own the email marketing channel end-to-end:

• Plan and deploy 1–2 email campaigns per week independently
• Develop campaign themes, hooks, product features, and promotional angles
• Build campaigns in Brevo (or similar ESP)
• Select appropriate audience segments and targeting criteria
• Analyze post-send performance metrics
• Test subject lines, content variations, offers, and send times
• Review and optimize existing automation flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase sequences)
• Identify incremental improvement opportunities across the email program
• Propose and execute your own strategic ideas rather than waiting for direction

What We're Looking For

Our client values practical skills over years of experience. Junior candidates are welcome if you have hands-on familiarity with:

• Brevo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or comparable email service platforms
• Building and sending newsletters independently
• Audience segmentation and targeting
• Campaign performance analysis
• Core e-commerce KPIs: click rate, conversion rate, revenue per email
• Email automation flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, or similar)
• Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred)

This role is not suitable if email marketing is completely new to you and requires foundational tool training.

Strong candidates will demonstrate self-management, initiative, and comfort working autonomously with flexible scheduling. German or English proficiency accepted.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €18 per hour for 7.5 hours per week.
