About the Role
Texas Pro Signs is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to take the lead on design and drafting projects for our fast-growing commercial signage division. You'll be instrumental in transforming client concepts into striking, production-ready designs while working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment where quality and innovation matter.
What You'll Do
- Develop and conceptualize sign designs tailored to client briefs and brand specifications
- Create detailed technical drawings and drafts for fabrication and installation
- Prepare designs across digital and print formats using industry-standard design software
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, sales, and installation teams to ensure designs are achievable and align with production capabilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines
- Refine designs based on client feedback and maintain consistent brand guidelines throughout all deliverables
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our portfolio and expand service offerings
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, particularly with signage, environmental graphics, or commercial design work
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, or equivalent programs
- Solid understanding of sign production methods, materials, and installation considerations
- Ability to create both conceptual designs and detailed production specifications
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering professional-quality work consistently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
