The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with accuracy and efficiency
• Open new customer accounts and explain Wintrust banking products and services
• Handle cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments in compliance with security procedures
• Balance assigned cash drawer and reconcile transactions at end of shift
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
• Assist customers with digital banking onboarding and service questions
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all banking regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or financial services preferred
• Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to operate a cash register and learn banking software systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and honest demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members
• Willingness to comply with all background check and verification requirements
