About the Role

As the Residential Community Manager at the Preserve at St. James Court, you will own the daily operations of the apartment community in Winfield, Cowley County. Your central focus is to grow community income while keeping expenses in check, all while leading the on-site management office and staff to keep the property well run and welcoming for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations and overall organization of the apartment management office.
