What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters with primary responsibility for strategy and case execution
• Maintain direct client contact, conducting interviews and providing regular updates throughout representation
• Perform legal research, analyze case law, and identify applicable statutes and regulations
• Draft legal motions, memoranda, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Prepare cases for trial, including evidence review, witness coordination, and trial materials
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and depositions
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine litigation strategies and advocacy techniques

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active Texas bar license
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented work style with strong follow-through
• Genuine interest in litigation practice and continuing legal development
