Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building durable, trust-based partnerships.

- Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and renewal across your assigned portfolio.
- Coordinate across internal teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver a seamless experience.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand the impact of StraighterLine's programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a comparable client-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage strategic accounts and balance competing priorities effectively.
- A genuine passion for education and helping learners succeed.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Orlando, Orange County.
