Full Stack Software Developer E-Health (f/m/d/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization based in Berlin that is transforming how medical professionals manage patient care through innovative software solutions. Our talent team is searching for a Full Stack Software Developer to join their engineering department and contribute to mission-critical healthcare applications.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or from their Berlin office, with options for both full-time and part-time arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Docker, Node.js, and MongoDB
• Take ownership of components from technical design through development to CI/CD implementation
• Choose your focus area: Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, Data Modeling, or Development tooling
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Care teams
• Contribute to strategic technical direction and introduce new technologies
• Share knowledge through technical presentations and workshops
• Work within large codebases while maintaining high code quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or training in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related technical field
• Solid development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in full-stack environments
• Experience working with AI technologies
• Proven ability to work effectively in large repositories and collaborative team settings
• Structured, goal-oriented working style with exceptional quality awareness
• Strong teamwork and agile collaboration skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
• Very good German and English language proficiency (both required)
• Industry knowledge in e-health, medical technology, or physician information systems is highly valued
