Full Stack Analytics – Digital Unit Sports (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail technology organization seeking a Full Stack Analytics professional to join their product information data team. This role manages analytics projects end-to-end, combining Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Analysis expertise.

You will:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists to identify business impact opportunities, quantify results through data, and contribute to analytics strategy and roadmap planning
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and optimized data models in the organization's data lakehouse environment (Analytics Engineering - 60% of role)
• Create interactive, self-service dashboards and analytical applications that enable business and product teams to monitor their activities independently (Business Intelligence - 30% of role)
• Explore data to identify business opportunities, define relevant KPIs, and perform deep analyses to guide product strategy (Data Analysis - 10% of role)
• Implement data quality testing, data freshness monitoring, and comprehensive documentation for all projects

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a role combining data analysis, BI, and analytics engineering, ideally on large-scale use cases
• Technical mastery: Expert-level SQL skills are essential. Strong command of data modeling concepts (Kimball, Data Vault, etc.), dbt proficiency, and solid Python skills for data analysis
• Technology stack familiarity: Experience with Databricks, Spark/PySpark, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Tableau, Streamlit, Airflow, Astro, and CI/CD tools (Git, GitHub Actions, Docker)
• Communication skills: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to multidisciplinary audiences including business teams, product teams, and governance stakeholders
• Languages: Fluent English required for international collaboration; conversational French preferred
