About the Role

As our Front Desk Representative, you'll serve as the welcoming gateway to Larkin Community Hospital. You'll manage the front desk with efficiency and warmth, setting the tone for every visitor's and patient's interaction with our organization. This is a key role that keeps our operations running smoothly while ensuring everyone feels valued and directed to the right place.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
• Answer phones and inquiries, directing people to the appropriate departments and resources
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling, check-ins, and administrative support
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflows and patient flow
• Maintain accurate records and manage information with attention to confidentiality
• Support the patient experience through responsiveness, problem-solving, and empathy
