In this full-time Front Counter Customer Service role, you'll build strong customer relationships, process transactions efficiently, and ensure our service desk operates smoothly. Your schedule includes weekday shifts from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus rotating Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional approach
- Process customer drop-offs, pickups, and service orders accurately
- Answer customer questions about cleaning services, pricing, and service timelines
- Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently
- Document customer information and special requests in our system
- Maintain a clean, organized counter environment
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues appropriately

- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems, or eagerness to learn
