About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual assets across diverse marketing and communication formats. This remote, project-based role is perfect for creative professionals with strong layout design, typography, and branding expertise who thrive in a flexible, self-directed environment.

Location: Romania (Remote)
Employment Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Estimated Hours: 10–20 hours per week during active project phases

Responsibilities

• Create clean, modern layouts and infographics with clear visual hierarchy for maximum readability and engagement
• Design reusable social media templates across multiple channels and develop impactful one-pagers for marketing initiatives
• Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and composition principles to elevate everyday materials
• Transform raw data and concepts into professional, polished visual assets tailored to specific communication goals
• Enforce design quality standards by systematically verifying visual alignment, color consistency, and layout precision before delivery
• Adapt quickly between formats—from digital templates to print collateral—while maintaining brand consistency

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing work across social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers (portfolio link required with application)

Technical Skills (Essential):

• Exceptional command of typography, grid systems, and visual composition
• Proven ability to structure information cleanly through infographics and compelling templates
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Versatility in designing across multiple formats and adapting to medium-specific constraints

Additional Requirements:

• Adaptable, detail-oriented mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed work ethic with ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously
• Strong dedication to delivering visually polished, professional-grade assets
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency
