What This Role Involves
As the Fit4Less Region Manager - Ontario (GTA/Oshawa/Whitby/Ajax/Scarborough based) for Goodlifefitness, you will provide strategic oversight to ensure aligned operations and sustained success across your assigned territories near Scarborough, Ontario. The position requires balancing hands-on leadership with high-level planning to support multiple sites effectively.
Core Duties
- Lead and coach managers responsible for day-to-day site operations across the Ontario region covering GTA, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Scarborough
- Develop action plans to achieve regional objectives and elevate overall performance levels
- Uphold consistent application of operational guidelines and quality measures
- Assess team capabilities and arrange appropriate skill-building opportunities
- Partner with headquarters teams on projects that enhance regional effectiveness
- Compile reports detailing trends, achievements and areas requiring attention for Goodlifefitness leadership
