Working full time on site in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, you will shape training journeys for motivated members while operating within a collaborative club setting that rewards clear progress tracking and consistent member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design progressive performance plans that prepare participants for the mixed modal demands of HYROX training
• Lead individual and group sessions that reinforce correct movement patterns and efficient transitions
• Observe form closely and give real-time cues that reduce injury risk and raise work capacity
• Record client benchmarks and adjust programming to keep improvements steady
• Create an encouraging climate that keeps athletes accountable and consistent
• Uphold clean, safe equipment zones and follow facility protocols during every session
• Share insights with fellow coaches so the overall coaching approach stays aligned

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience coaching performance or functional fitness clients
• Working knowledge of HYROX-style station work and running integration
• Clear verbal coaching skills that connect with a wide range of ability levels
• Reliable organisation for session planning and follow-up notes
