Core Duties

• Lead sales conversations that introduce memberships, personal training options, and related services, then close deals that match client needs
• Carry out fitness evaluations and create practical workout programs suited to varying ability levels and objectives
• Deliver one-to-one or small-group training sessions as a Fitness Trainer while tracking attendance and results
• Respond promptly to questions, resolve everyday concerns, and encourage ongoing participation in fitness activities
• Keep detailed notes on client interactions, sales outcomes, and progress toward personal milestones
• Work closely with fellow team members to meet shared targets for service quality and revenue in the Antigonish area

What We're Looking For
