About the Role
As Tax Services Manager in EY's Financial Services division, you'll oversee tax operations and reporting processes for high-value clients. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring clients meet complex regulatory requirements while optimizing their tax reporting workflows and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Direct tax compliance and reporting operations for financial services clients
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering integrated tax solutions
- Develop and implement tax reporting strategies aligned with client objectives
- Oversee preparation, review, and quality control of tax documentation and regulatory filings
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on operational and compliance impact
- Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and strategic communication
- Identify process improvements and drive adoption of industry best practices
- Support business development and proposal efforts for new client opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related field
- CPA or advanced tax credential preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in tax operations, compliance, or tax services
- Deep knowledge of financial services tax requirements and reporting frameworks
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-year client engagements
- Strong proficiency with tax software and accounting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and operational excellence
