About the Role
We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our delivery team in the Lakeland (17622) area. As a Dropper with iDrop, you'll be the face of our company at the customer's doorstep—delivering quality home improvement items with professionalism and care. This is a part-time position perfect for those seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments.
What You'll Do
- Pick up assigned home improvement items from our local hub and deliver them safely to customer addresses in Lakeland and surrounding areas
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS and delivery apps
- Interact professionally with customers, answer basic delivery questions, and ensure items arrive in excellent condition
- Load and unload products carefully, following proper lifting and handling procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays promptly
- Keep your vehicle clean and well-maintained, meeting safety and appearance standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle in good working condition
- Proof of current auto insurance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent customer service attitude and professional demeanor
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company guidelines
