Fast Track to LeadershipTrainee

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Fast Track to Leadership Trainee for their Bremen location. This accelerated development program takes ambitious graduates from trainee to operations manager within two years.

Year 1: Operational Foundation as Operations Supervisor

• Complete structured onboarding and build your network across fulfillment operations
• Lead shifts 3-4 days per week, managing teams and coordinating daily operations in the fulfillment center
• Make real-time operational decisions that directly impact team performance and productivity
• Participate in leadership training focused on coaching, feedback, and team motivation
• Drive 1-2 improvement projects weekly to optimize processes, increase productivity, and solve operational bottlenecks

Year 2: Cross-Site Leadership as Operations Manager

• Gain national or international experience by leading teams at different sites or exploring other supply chain functions
• Work on cross-site initiatives 3-4 days per week, optimizing processes or supporting new automated fulfillment centers
• Maintain operational excellence through 1-2 shift days weekly while applying your hands-on expertise to strategic projects
• Position yourself for advancement into senior operations management or other leadership roles within the organization

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (recently completed or within 6 months of completion)
• Practical supply chain experience through internships or working student positions
• Fluent German and very strong English communication skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for taking immediate responsibility for teams and developing people
• Hands-on mentality with proven ability to transform ideas into successful projects
• Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency with early problem detection capabilities
• Flexibility to work in both office and warehouse environments, including shift work
• Leadership mindset with ability to motivate teams and lead by example
