About This Position
As Facilities Clerk at Rodeo FX, you'll provide essential support to keep our Montreal facility running smoothly. Working with the facilities and administrative teams, you'll handle a mix of clerical tasks, maintenance coordination, and operational support that keep our workplace functioning efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Maintain facility records, logs, and documentation related to maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors to schedule service appointments and track completion
- Process and file facility-related invoices, work orders, and reports
- Assist with office inventory management, ordering supplies, and tracking equipment
- Support facility management with data entry and administrative duties
- Help ensure compliance with facility safety standards and procedures
- Respond to administrative requests from staff regarding facilities and building operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven administrative or clerical experience in a facilities, operations, or similar support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Reliable, professional demeanour and teamwork mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with basic facilities management concepts is a plus
