About the Role
As a Senior Associate-Consultant within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution practice, you will support technology private equity clients in unlocking and realizing value throughout the investment lifecycle. Blending strategy, transactions, and corporate finance expertise, this full-time, on-site position places you at the center of high-impact engagements where data-driven insight shapes real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with EY-Parthenon teams to design and execute value creation strategies for technology-focused private equity portfolio companies.
- Conduct analysis across strategy, transactions, and corporate finance to identify growth, efficiency, and performance opportunities.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and investors.
- Contribute to engagement deliverables, financial models, and strategic plans that support transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate within diverse, globally connected teams to deliver results across the deal and ownership cycle.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest and experience in strategy, transactions, corporate finance, or technology value creation.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced consulting environments.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Los Angeles area as part of a national EY-Parthenon team.
