EY-Parthenon is seeking a driven AI/ML Engineer at the Senior Associate/Consultant level to join its Strategy and Execution practice within Growth Platforms, based in Pico Heights, Los Angeles County. In this full-time, on-site role you'll turn cutting-edge machine learning into measurable business value for some of the world's most ambitious organizations.

About the Role

As an AI/ML Engineer with EY-Parthenon's Growth Platforms team, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy and engineering, building the models and data pipelines that power high-impact client transformations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that address complex client challenges in strategy and execution.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and AI workflows from prototype through production.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with consultants, data scientists, and engineers to deliver end-to-end Growth Platforms solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML tools and frameworks, recommending approaches that drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and operationalizing machine learning or AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with modern ML frameworks and cloud-based data tooling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and business audiences.
• A consulting mindset, with the adaptability to thrive across multiple client engagements.
• Eligibility to work full-time on-site in the Los Angeles area.
