About the Role
This full-time ESL teaching position invites enthusiastic instructors to relocate to China and join a vibrant learning community. You will guide students aged 3 to 16 through engaging English lessons in a supportive training center environment, with a start date as soon as possible. Each class holds up to 16 students, and teaching is capped at roughly 20 hours per week, with every session running 60 minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lively, age-appropriate English lessons for learners between 3 and 16 years old.
- Teach up to 20 hours weekly, with each class lasting one hour and capped at 16 students.
- Keep classes interactive and encouraging to help students build confidence in spoken and written English.
- Observe center office hours: Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 8:30 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 9:10 am to 6:10 pm.
- Track learner progress and adapt teaching methods to suit different ages and skill levels.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to hold a valid working (teaching) visa for China.
- A genuine enthusiasm for teaching English as a Second Language to children and teenagers.
- Willingness to relocate to Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China for this on-site role.
- Reliability, energy, and adaptability across a varied weekly schedule.
Schedule and Time Off
This is a full-time role with two rest days falling between Monday and Friday, giving you a balanced weekly rhythm alongside your teaching commitments.
