Work within a flexible office schedule of 8am–5pm with structured teaching hours and guaranteed weekends off.
What You'll Do
- Instruct IELTS exam preparation courses to classes of 10–30 high school learners, ages 16–18
- Deliver approximately 15 hours of instruction weekly in 40-minute class sessions
- Design and execute lesson plans targeting IELTS listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Conduct progress assessments and provide meaningful feedback to support student growth
- Contribute to curriculum refinement and educational initiatives within the program
- Foster a collaborative classroom environment that motivates learners toward exam success
Who We're Looking For
- Valid teaching visa qualification or demonstrated ability to obtain one for China
- Specialized experience teaching IELTS preparation and exam strategies
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or equivalent discipline
- Proven track record in classroom instruction and student engagement
- Flexibility in instructional approach to accommodate varied learning needs
