We're looking for a dedicated coach to lead engaging ice hockey instruction for young athletes ages 3 to 15. You'll deliver structured ice hockey instruction as part of our compulsory sports curriculum, working with small, focused groups in an age-appropriate, supportive setting. What You'll Do
- Plan and teach ice hockey lessons adapted to student age and ability level
- Instruct up to 25 hours per week in 30-minute class sessions
- Work with small cohorts of 2–6 students, enabling personalized attention and progression
- Maintain a weekday schedule of 3pm–8pm and weekend hours of 10am–8pm
- Design lesson progressions that build fundamental skills and foster a genuine love for the game
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment for young athletes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as sports education, physical education, or coaching
- Strong, practical English communication skills
- Proven experience coaching or teaching ice hockey to youth
- Ability to differentiate instruction for multiple age groups and skill levels
- Commitment to youth athletic development and safety-first coaching
- Comfort with evening and weekend work schedules
