About the Role

As an Advocate, you'll be at the front lines of Unbound Now's mission to identify trafficking victims, empower survivors, and pursue justice. Working in our Bowie County office, you'll provide comprehensive advocacy and support to individuals impacted by commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking, connecting them with resources and championing their rights throughout their recovery journey.

What You'll Do

• Provide case management and individualized advocacy for trafficking survivors in Northeast Texas
• Support clients through initial crisis response, safety planning, and ongoing recovery
• Connect survivors to emergency housing, medical services, legal resources, and community support networks
• Document and report trafficking cases to support investigation and prosecution efforts
• Collaborate with law enforcement, social services, and community partners to strengthen victim-centered responses
• Attend court proceedings and other legal processes as client advocate
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to program evaluation and impact reporting

What We're Looking For

• Genuine commitment to ending human trafficking and supporting survivors with trauma-informed compassion
• Experience in case management, victim advocacy, social services, or similar client-facing support roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with vulnerable populations
• Knowledge of human trafficking dynamics and trauma-informed practices (training provided)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment
• Reliability, emotional resilience, and flexibility to meet client needs
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in social services or advocacy
