About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Body and Related Repairer position based at Antwerpen Nissan Clarksville on Auto Drive in Clarksville, MD. As a dealership body shop technician, you will return damaged vehicle exteriors to like-new condition, working hands-on with specialized collision repair tools and equipment such as frame straightening machines and paint booths. Compensation for this role is $20 – $25 hourly on a flat rate basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle exteriors and assess the extent of body damage prior to repair
• Remove dents and reshape damaged panels to restore original contours
• Replace worn, broken, or unrepairable body parts and components
• Prepare, prime, and repaint surfaces to achieve a seamless, factory-quality finish
• Operate frame straightening machines, paint booths, and other specialized body shop equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with shop standards

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in automotive body repair or collision restoration is preferred
• Working knowledge of dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing techniques
• Comfort operating specialized tools and equipment, including frame machines and paint booths
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finished work
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Clarksville, Howard County, Maryland
