About the Role

This full-time, on-site position is built for recent doctoral graduates who are ready to put their training into practice within a supportive outpatient setting. As a New Graduate Physical Therapist, you'll deliver hands-on rehabilitation alongside experienced clinicians, occupational and speech therapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists, all working together to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess new patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's goals.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy interventions and progress care based on measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and at-home exercise routines.
• Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with the broader care team and referring physicians to coordinate the best results.
• Build lasting, trusting relationships with patients and the surrounding community.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or pending state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; clinical rotation experience in an outpatient environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first, team-oriented mindset.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Westerly, Washington County.
