About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assess new patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's goals.
- Provide outpatient physical therapy interventions and progress care based on measurable outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and at-home exercise routines.
- Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the broader care team and referring physicians to coordinate the best results.
- Build lasting, trusting relationships with patients and the surrounding community.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current or pending state licensure to practice physical therapy.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; clinical rotation experience in an outpatient environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first, team-oriented mindset.
