Enterprise Account Executive – DACH

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Enterprise Account Executive - DACH based in Berlin, Germany. Our client operates a leading customer engagement and marketing technology platform trusted by global enterprises across retail, eCommerce, banking, and consumer brands.

This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on the DACH region, where you'll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close with enterprise-level accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect and acquire new enterprise clients, deliver platform demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Monitor emerging markets and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and market shifts
• Communicate value propositions effectively through compelling proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified opportunities and build pipeline through innovative outbound strategies
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections to leadership
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline with accurate forecasting at all times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS environments
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue quotas in enterprise sales
• Previous experience selling to eCommerce, retail, or banking industries is a strong plus
• Deep knowledge of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and partner success teams
• Self-starter with strong goal orientation and ability to work independently
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• Fluency in both German and English (verbal and written) is required
• Experience with CRM software is advantageous
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
